The first of the weekend cup finals came from a superb performance from all the U11s Hexham Ajax boys at Cochrane Park. The effort and intensity from the whole team was incredible for the entire game. Some absolutely cracking tackles early on set the tone and Ajax dominated from there. It was a fiercely competitive game at times but the boys rose to the challenge and ran out deserved winners.

Goals from Cliff, Alfie and Blake. Blake encapsulated the team's battling spirit and was rewarded with the Player of the Match trophy for his efforts.

Hexham FC are extremely proud of them all and good luck to the rest of the teams this weekend.
